Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

Appl.No PCT/IB2011/003141 Applicant TEXPROIL S.R.L. SUCURSAL COLOMBIA Inventor BURGOS, Horacio Daniel
A packer tool has safety devices to prevent premature and reverse setting and release operations. The safety devices are independent of shear-pin safety systems. Confined annular segments prevent a setting actuator piston (18) from moving absent tool-setting hydraulic pressure. The setting pressure first moves a cylinder (19) in an opposite direction to unroof the segments allowing them to exit confinement and free the piston to set the packing and the anchor slips. Release safety pins extend radially inward from a packing-holder collar into short slots formed on a mandrel surface, preventing the mandrel from being turned. Previous set motion causes the pins to leave the slots thereby freeing the mandrel to turn only after the tool has been set. A third safety device comprises an expanded ring which is dragged by the release cone during release motion until it lodges in a circumferential groove in the mandrel, locking against reverse movement.

Appl.No PCT/IB2011/055921 Applicant GONZALEZ PELAEZ, Jorge Felipe Inventor GONZALEZ PELAEZ, Jorge Felipe
The present invention relates to a device for deflecting or diverting spent cartridge cases that are expelled by a firearm located on a helicopter, wherein said device is located on the outer part of the weapon as a kind of cover, specifically being located in the compartment or ejector via which the spent cartridge cases for the bullets fired at a specific moment in time are expelled, with a view to providing protection in the event of unanticipated detonation, which may compromise the life of the operator or gunner firing said weapon. Thus, the device makes it possible to discard the spent cartridge cases away from the aircraft so that they do not fall inside the aircraft and cannot create a problem owing to the temperature and speed at which said spent cartridge cases are expelled from the weapon. Furthermore, the deflector or diverter device has fixing points that correspond directly to the fixing points on the weapon and the weapon can be fitted without the need for modification, which facilitates the installation thereof and makes the device suitable for use in many aircraft and with many types of weapon.

Appl.No PCT/NO2012/050145 Applicant JARALA AS Inventor JACOBSEN, Tom
Device for dredging in water reservoirs, comprising a suction head (2) with at least one lower inlet opening (23) arranged to suck in sediment and water. The suction head is connected to an outlet hose (6) which is at least partly flexible, the suction force being provided solely by the pressure difference between the water surface (10) and the outlet orifice (9). The suction head is suspended by e flexible suspension (3) which is arranged to drop the suction head down to the operation level in question and there to rest on the sediment without needing to know this level beforehand. The suction head (2) is provided with at least one upper inlet opening (24) at a vertical distance from the lower inlet opening (23) to prevent clogging from slides of sediment towards the lower inlet opening (23). Furthermore the suction head (2) and the at least partly flexible outlet hose (6) is preferably balanced so that the suction head will maintain an effective operating position independent of support from the flexible suspension (3).

Appl.No PCT/US2001/007438 Applicant SI DIAMOND TECHNOLOGY, INC. Inventor YANG, Mohshi
A triode structure cold cathode assembly (700) is produced by depositing a carbon emitter material (702) onto a substrate (601) to form a cathode structure. Then, an insulating layer (501) is deposited onto one side of a mesh foil (301) to form a mesh assembly. This mesh assembly is then mechanically attached to the cathode structure so that the insulating layer on the one side of the mesh assembly is contacting the cathode structure.
