The present invention relates to a booth capable of maintaining an isolation room provided therein at a negative pressure or a positive pressure, and more specifically, to a movable multi-purpose walk-through booth configured to enable a user to test a subject without making direct contact with the subject. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the multi-purpose walk-through booth comprises: an isolation room which has glove openings formed in the front side thereof and has a transparent window formed in at least a portion of the front side; a ventilation unit which includes a fan unit and a filter, is in communication with the isolation room, and is installed on one side of the isolation room; glove-mounting parts, each of which is in the shape of a ring and has a predetermined length in an axial direction, and the outer edge of which is tightly affixed to the glove opening; a glove releasably attached to each of the glove-mounting parts; a castor installed so as to support the isolation room; and an atmosphere control device for controlling the pressure inside the isolation room by controlling the speed and rotation direction of a fan provided in the fan unit. According to the present invention, even without wearing protective equipment, the user can test a subject while being protected from routes of transmission. Accordingly, the transmission of viruses or bacteria that may occur during the testing can be prevented.
