Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

A meltblown material formed from a plurality of fibers that can withstand the effects of a gamma irradiation sterilization process without negatively impacting the bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) and particle filtration efficiency (PFE) of the meltblown material (e.g., facemasks, surgical gowns, surgical caps, etc.) is provided. The fibers include a high melt flow rate (MFR) polyolefin. Further, both the fibers include specific antioxidants and a charge enhancer package that allow for the effective electret treatment of the resulting meltblown material prior to sterilization, where the filtration efficiency and of the material is improved post- sterilization compared to materials without the specific combination of antioxidants and charge enhancing components.

A meltblown material formed from bicomponent fibers that can withstand the effects of a gamma irradiation sterilization process without negatively impacting bacterial filtration, particulate filtration, and/or breathability of personal protective equipment products formed from the meltblown material (e.g., facemasks, surgical gowns, surgical caps, etc.) is provided. The bicomponent fibers include a polyester-based sheath and a polyolefin- based core. Further, both the sheath and core include specific antioxidants and charge enhancer packages that allow for the effective electret treatment of the resulting meltblown material prior to sterilization, where the filtration efficiency and pressure differential of the material are still adequate post-sterilization.

The present disclosure relates to the field of firefighter facial masks. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to a firefighter respirator mask device that includes a body, a facial covering over an opening of an SCBA mask, a fastening mechanism and a filter. The body of the device preferably resembles an ovular shape, or any shape that sufficiently covers the hole left over the mouth of an SCBA mask when not attached to an oxygenated hose, normally present under hazardous conditions. The device includes color-changing technology that allows the facial mask to turn colors in response to pathogenic exposure, indicating to the user that it is no longer sterile. In this manner, the device can be applied to any firefighter or industrial worker requiring the use of an SCBA without risk of possible pathogenic exposure when not attached to an oxygenated hose.

An RPD fitting system configured to personalize respirator fit by generating actionable customization instructions. The system includes a respiratory device identifier that recognizes a specific respirator, and a user information retriever that obtains a user indication, such as a facial feature indication. A fit analyzer correlates the identified respirator with the retrieved user fit indication to determine a customization for the respirator and generates an instruction that, when implemented, changes a physical dimension of a respirator feature to improve fit (e.g., altering a face-seal-related dimension). A communication component delivers the customization instruction to the user for execution. By linking respirator identification with user-specific facial data and producing dimension-changing guidance, the system enables on-demand, user-tailored adjustments that enhance sealing performance and comfort across diverse respirator models and user anatomies.

A heat and moisture exchanger (HMX) is disclosed. The HMX comprises a folded HMX material, wherein the HMX material comprises a plurality of parallel first fold lines and a plurality of second fold lines. The second fold lines are zig-zag lines which intersect each of the first fold lines, wherein the second fold lines change direction at each intersection with the first fold lines. The first and second fold lines define a plurality of tessellating parallelogram shaped panels. The first fold lines alternate between mountain folds and valley folds at each intersection with the second fold lines, wherein the second fold lines comprise alternate mountain folds and valley folds.
