The present specification relates to a quantitative analysis method of a polymer structure. More specifically, the method is able to be executed by actually measuring a rheological property of a randomly selected polymer and/or molecular weight distribution; setting a random value with respect to the selected polymer; estimating the rheological property of the polymer and/or the molecular weight distribution from the random value; and comparing an experimental value with an estimation value to confirm a value of a structure parameter of the parameter. 본 출원은 고분자 구조의 정량 분석방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 상기 방법은, 임의로 선택된 고분자의 유변물성 및/또는 분자량 분포를 실측하고, 상기 선택된 고분자에 대하여 임의값을 설정한 후, 상기 임의값으로부터 고분자의 유변물성 및/또는 분자량 분포를 예측하고, 상기 실측값과 예측값을 비교하여, 고분자의 구조 파라미터의 값을 확정하는 단계를 통해 실행될 수 있다.
