(EN) According to the present invention, disclosed are a multi-copter for water analysis having a ship propulsion device, capable of performing water analysis by capturing an underwater image and taking a water sample, and a water analysis method using the same. The multi-copter for water analysis having the ship propulsion device comprises: a main unit including a multi-copter propeller and a ship propeller to generate lift and buoyancy in order to perform flying and sailing; a wireless communication unit installed in the main unit to receive a water sampling position through a user terminal; an aerial capturing camera unit installed in the main unit to perform aerial capturing in order to recognize the water sampling position; an underwater capturing camera unit installed in the main unit to capture the water sampling position; and a water sampling unit installed in the main unit to take a water sample of the water sampling position during sailing.
