According to an embodiment of the present invention, a solar cell includes: a semiconductor substrate; a first conductive area with first conductivity and a second conductive area with second conductivity which are located on one surface side of the semiconductor substrate together; a first electrode connected to the first conductive area; and a second electrode connected to the second conductive area. A semiconductor material of the first conductive area and a semiconductor material of the second conductive area are different from each other. The solar cell can increase efficiency. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 태양 전지는, 반도체 기판; 상기 반도체 기판의 일면 쪽에 함께 위치하며 제1 도전형을 가지는 제1 도전형 영역 및 제2 도전형을 가지는 제2 도전형 영역; 상기 제1 도전형 영역에 연결되는 제1 전극; 및 상기 제2 도전형 영역에 연결되는 제2 전극을 포함한다. 상기 제1 도전형 영역의 반도체 물질과 상기 제2 도전형 영역의 반도체 물질이 서로 다르다.
