Abstract

A camera module according to the present invention includes a camera housing; a camera unit which is installed in the hosing and reads an image; and a stabilization device which controls the tilting and shift of the camera unit and corrects the vibration of hands. The camera unit includes a PCB for mounting an image sensor; a flexible PCB (F-PCB) which is connected to the opposite side of the image sensor mounting surface of the PCB; a lens holder which is installed to the upper side of the PCB and forms a light path; and an actuator which is arranged on the upper side of the lens holder and realizes an auto focus function by moving a sheet of lens. 본 발명에 의한 카메라 모듈은 카메라 하우징; 상기 카메라 하우징 내부에 설치되어 화상을 독취하는 카메라 유닛; 및 상기 카메라 유닛을 틸팅 및 쉬프트 제어하여 손떨림을 보정하는 손떨림 보정장치;을 포함하며, 상기 카메라 유닛은, 이미지 센서가 실장되는 인쇄회로기판; 상기 인쇄회로기판의 이미지 센서 실장면의 반대면에 연결되는 연성회로기판(F-PCB); 상기 인쇄회로기판 상측에 설치되어 광 경로를 형성하는 렌즈홀더; 및 상기 렌즈홀더 상측에 배치되어, 1매의 렌즈를 움직여 오토 포커스 기능을 구현하는 액츄에이터;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
