Abstract
(EN)
PURPOSE: A differential sensing for voltage control of a power supply circuit is provided to provide a desirable level of voltage control across semiconductor devices without additional components used to correct for parasitic voltage drops. CONSTITUTION: A controller(124) included in a power supply circuit(120) triggers a power stage(126) to deliver power or interrupt power delivery from a power source(150) to a load module(130). A reference voltage circuit(122) produces a reference voltage(12) based on a ground voltage(G2). The ground voltage is different from a ground voltage(G1). A load current(10) drawn through the load module during operation of the load module is varied based on processing by the load module.
