Abstract

PURPOSE: A photoelectrode for a dye sensitive solar cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and the dye sensitive solar cell including the same are provided to control the thickness of the photoelectrode of the dye sensitive solar cell by applying a casting method and a spin coating speed. CONSTITUTION: A colloidal crystal layer is formed on a conductive transparent substrate(S100). A porous first transition metal oxide layer is formed by selectively removing the colloidal crystal layer(S200). A second transition metal oxide layer is formed on the porous surface of the first transition metal oxide layer by post-processing the porous first transition metal oxide layer with a second transition metal oxide containg-precursor solutions(S300). A photosensitive dye is absorbed in the first transition metal oxide layer with the second transition metal oxide layer on the porous surface thereof(S400). COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012

자기조립을 통해 콜로이드 용액을 제조하고, 전도성 투명 기판 상에 콜로이드 결정층을 형성하여 전이금속 산화물 전구체 용액을 주입한 후 열처리 등을 통해 다공성 전이금속 산화물층을 형성하며, 전이금속 산화물을 포함하는 전구체 수용액으로 후처리함으로써 전이금속 산화물 구조체를 형성하고 감광성 염료를 흡착시키는 단계를 포함하는, 염료감응 태양전지용 광전극의 제조 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조되는 광전극을 포함하는 염료감응 태양전지가 제공된다. 본원에 따르면, 광전극의 기공크기와 두께 제어가 가능하고, 특히, 후처리를 통해 비표면적을 향상시키고 또한 두께를 증가시켜 전자의 이동을 용이하게 할 수 있어, 상기 광전극을 이용한 염료감응 태양전지의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
