Abstract

PURPOSE: A producing method of a vinyl chloride-based paste resin is provided to improve the processing ability of plastisol by additionally inserting a nonionic emulsifier. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a vinyl chloride-based paste resin comprises the following steps: inserting a nonionic emulsifier to vinyl chloride-based latex obtained by the emulsion polymerization; and drying the outcome to obtain vinyl chloride-based paste. The emulsion polymerization for the vinyl chloride-based latex uses seeds having to different sizes. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012

본 발명은 염화비닐계 페이스트 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더 구체적으로 본 발명은 시드 유화중합법으로 중합 후 비이온성 유화제의 추가 투입을 통해 플라스티졸의 초기 점도 및 가공성을 높이고 시간에 따른 플라스티졸의 점도 상승율을 획기적으로 낮춘 염화비닐계 페이스트 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 염화비닐계 페이스트 수지의 제조방법은, 유화 중합을 이용하여 제조된 염화비닐계 라텍스에 비이온 유화제를 투입하고 건조하여 염화비닐계 분체 페이스트를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
