Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element having high photoelectric conversion efficiency and easy to be manufactured, and a highly reliable photoelectric conversion module and electronic device provided with such a photoelectric conversion element.

SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element includes a semiconductor substrate 800 having a substrate outer edge 800a including a curve, and a substrate inner edge 800b located inside the substrate outer edge and including a curve, and a plurality of first electrodes 804p provided on one surface of the semiconductor substrate, and a first electrode 804 extends in the direction perpendicular to the curve included in the substrate outer edge 800a. Further, the photoelectric conversion element includes a second electrode 805 connected to the plurality of first electrodes 804, and the extending direction of the second electrode 805 intersects with the extending direction of the first electrode 804.

【解決手段】曲線を含む基板外縁800aと、基板外縁の内側に位置し曲線を含む基板内縁800bと、を有する半導体基板800と、半導体基板の一方の面に設けられている複数の第1電極804pと、を備え、第1電極804は、基板外縁800aが含む曲線の垂線方向に延在していることを特徴とする。また、複数の第1電極804と接続されている第2電極805を備え、第2電極805の延在方向は、第1電極804の延在方向と交差している。
