Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring composition for color filter which has a high pigment content, has high sensitivity even when a film thickness is thin, and is excellent in a pattern shape, chemical resistance and developing property, and a high-resolution color filter formed using the coloring composition for color filter.

SOLUTION: A green coloring composition for color filter contains a coloring agent (A), a resin type dispersion agent (B), a binder resin (C), a photopolymerizable monomer (D), a thiol chain transfer agent (E), an extender pigment (F), and a photopolymerization initiator (G), in which a content of the coloring agent (A) is 20-35 wt.% in the total solid content of the coloring composition, and the photopolymerizable monomer (D) contains a (meth)acrylic monomer (D1) having 1 to 3 ethylenically unsaturated bonds.

【課題】本発明は、顔料含有量が高い、あるいは膜厚が厚くとも高感度で、かつパタ−ン形状、薬品耐性、現像性が優れたカラーフィルタ用着色組成物、該カラーフィルタ用着色組成物を用いて形成された、高解像度のカラーフィルタを提供すること。
【解決手段】着色剤(A)、樹脂型分散剤(B)、バインダー樹脂(C)、光重合性単量体(D)、チオール系連鎖移動剤(E)、体質顔料(F)、および光重合開始剤(G)を含有するカラーフィルタ用緑色着色組成物であって、着色剤(A)の含有量が着色組成物の全固形分中20〜35重量%であり、光重合性単量体(D)がエチレン性不飽和結合を1〜3個有する(メタ)アクリル単量体(D1)を含有することを特徴とするカラーフィルタ用着色組成物によって、上記課題は解決される。
