(JA)

プラズマアトマイズ金属粉末製造方法は、加熱された金属源を提供することと、加熱された金属源を、加熱された金属源のアトマイズを引き起こすのに有効な条件下で、少なくとも1つのプラズマ源のプラズマと接触させることとを含む。アトマイズは、約20未満のガス対金属比を使用して実行されてもよく、それにより、少なくとも80%の0〜106ミクロン粒径分布収率を有する原料金属粉末を得る。本方法は、加熱された金属源を少なくとも1つのプラズマ源のプラズマと位置合わせすることをさらに含んでもよい。アトマイズシステムは、プラズマ源の上流に位置決めされ、少なくとも1つのプラズマ源に対する金属源の配向を調整するように適合された位置合わせシステムを含んでもよい。
