PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel organic compounds for use as hosts or delayed fluorescent emitters in organic light emitting devices such as organic light emitting diodes.

SOLUTION: The present invention provides a compound represented by a formula selected from formulae 1-1-1-3 (X is O, S or Se; X1-X10 independently represent C or N; R and R' independently represent H, D, halogen or the like).
