【課題】本発明は、125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用低煙ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材及びその製造方法を開示し、前記材は、原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム5〜20重量部、ポリエチレン0〜25重量部、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体0〜10重量部、相溶化剤1〜5重量部、水酸化アルミニウム50〜75重量部、安定剤1〜5重量部、シリコーンマスターバッチ1〜5重量部を使用して製造される。
【解決手段】本発明のゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材は、優れた絶縁性と難燃性を有し、燃焼時に発煙量が極めて低く、煙における光透過率が90%以上に達することができ、優れた力学的性質と電気特性を兼ね備え、UL4703−2010基準による特性要求を完全に満たす。
