PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an ideal waterproof structure by a waterproof container and to achieve excellent heat dissipation characteristics by reducing an amount of a potting resin injected into a waterproof container.

SOLUTION: In a battery pack, a battery assembly is received in a waterproof container, and a potting resin is injected into the waterproof container. For a storage solution, an exhaust port 32 for an injected potting resin is provided separately from an injection port 31 for the potting resin. In addition, the waterproof container includes a deformation part that is sealed in a watertight structure and is capable of changing an internal volume, and the potting resin is injected into the waterproof container so that the potting resin is brought into close contact with the battery assembly in a thermal coupling state.

【課題】防水容器で理想的な防水構造を実現し、防水容器に注入するポッティング樹脂量を少なくして優れた放熱特性を実現する。
【解決手段】電池パックは、防水容器に電池組立を入れてポッティング樹脂を注入しており、保存溶液にはポッティング樹脂の注入口31とは別に、注入されたポッティング樹脂の排出口32を設けており、さらに防水容器は、水密構造に密閉して内容積を変化できる変形部を有し、防水容器にポッティング樹脂が注入されて、ポッティング樹脂を電池組立に熱結合状態に密着させている。
