血液中の少なくとも1つの検体の少なくとも1つの濃度を判定する、特には血中グルコース濃度を判定する方法が提案される。この方法では、少なくとも1つの試薬エレメント124を有するテストエレメント114が用いられる。試薬エレメント124は、検体の存在下に少なくとも1つの光学的に検出可能な検出反応を行うように構成される。血液がテストエレメント114に適用され、試薬エレメント124の少なくとも1つの光学測定変数の時間推移が検出される。光学測定変数の時間推移の少なくとも1つの第1時間間隔158が、血液中の少なくとも1つの阻害変数、特に阻害成分の濃度および好ましくは血中ヘマトクリット値を判定するために用いられる。時間推移の少なくとも1つの第2時間間隔164が、検体の濃度を判定するために用いられる。
