PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping capacity estimation device, a gas leakage inspection device, a piping capacity estimation method, and a piping capacity estimation program with which it is possible to estimate a piping capacity in a downstream-side gas passageway with high accuracy, compared with the case where a configuration according to the present invention is not possessed.

SOLUTION: A control device 20 derives a piping capacity in a downstream-side gas passageway 24B on the basis of the result of detection by a gas flowmeter 16 in a state in which a gas G is being consumed by a gas appliance 28 and the characteristic of a temporal change of gas pressure detected by a pressure sensor 18 when a gas passageway 24 is closed by a solenoid valve 14 in a state in which the gas G is being consumed by the gas appliance 28, and outputs the derived piping capacity.

【課題】本発明に係る構成を有しない場合に比べ、下流側ガス流路における配管容量を精度良く推定することができる配管容量推定装置、ガス漏れ検査装置、配管容量推定方法、及び配管容量推定プログラムを提供する。
【解決手段】制御装置20は、ガス器具28によりガスGが消費されている状態でのガス流量計16による検出結果、ガス器具28によりガスGが消費されている状態で電磁弁14によりガス流路24が閉じられた場合に圧力センサ18により検出されたガス圧力の計時変化の特性に基づいて、下流側ガス流路24Bにおける配管容量を導出して出力する。
