PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element, a light-emitting device, and electronic equipment that are excellent in chromatic purity and long in life.

SOLUTION: In a light-emitting element, a first light-emitting layer 511 is provided between an anode 501 and a first layer 513, a second light-emitting layer 512 is provided between the first layer and a cathode 502, the first layer has a function of generating electric charge, the first light-emitting layer comprises a second layer and a third layer, the second light-emitting layer contains a first organic compound, the second layer contains a second organic compound and a third organic compound, the second layer is contacted with the third layer and provided between the anode and the third layer, the third layer contains a fourth organic compound and a fifth organic compound, the first organic compound has a light-emitting function, the second organic compound has a light-emitting function, the third organic compound has a function of transporting electrons, the fourth organic compound has a light-emitting function and a function of trapping electrons, and the fifth organic compound has a function of transporting electrons.
