PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water recovery device that can efficiently recover water in a plant, and a gas turbine plant.

SOLUTION: A water recovery device comprises: a heat transfer pipe 13 that is arranged in an exhaust passage 16 and in which cooling water is circulated; and a cooling mechanism 14 that cools the cooling water discharged from an outlet of the heat transfer pipe 13 and supplies it to an inlet of the heat transfer pipe 13. The cooling mechanism 14 cools the cooling water so that the temperature of the cooling water at the outlet is equal to or lower than the condensation temperature of steam in the exhaust passage 16.

【課題】プラント内で効率よく水を回収することが可能な水回収装置、および、ガスタービンプラントを提供する。
【解決手段】排気流路16内に配されて内部に冷却水が循環される伝熱管13と、伝熱管13の出口から排出された冷却水を冷却して伝熱管13の入口に供給する冷却機構14と、を備え、冷却機構14は、出口における冷却水の温度が、排気流路16内における水蒸気の凝縮温度以下となるように冷却水を冷却する。
