上記化学式1において、Mは、Ca、Sr、Ba、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ag、Cd、Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、及びLuからなる群より選択された少なくとも一つであり、Aは、Fe、Ni、Ru、Rh、Pd、Ir、及びPtからなる群より選択された少なくとも一つであり、Xは、Si、Ga、Ge、及びSnからなる群より選択された少なくとも一つであり、0<x<1、0<y<1、0≦m≦1、0≦n<9、0<z≦2、及び0<a≦1である。
