PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation structure and a manufacturing method for a rotary electric machine, capable of producing a stator tooth in any shape without using a metal mold.

SOLUTION: In an insulation structure of a rotary electric machine having a stator and a rotor, a stator tooth constituting the stator includes: an iron-core (31) laminating soft magnetic plate materials; an electric wire disposed around the iron-core (31); and insulators (32a, 32b) disposed between the iron-core (31) and the electric wire. The insulators (32a, 32b) are made up of materials having resiliency or flexure elasticity, are mounted around the iron-core (31) in an extended or unfolded state, and have tensile and flexure strengths for pressurizing the soft magnetic plate materials constituting the iron-core (31) in the laminating thickness direction.

任意形状の固定子ティースを金型レスで作製可能な回転電機の絶縁構造及びその製造方法を提供する。
【解決手段】
固定子と回転子とを有する回転電機の絶縁構造において、固定子を構成する固定子ティースは、軟磁性材料の板材を積層してなる鉄心(31)と鉄心(31)の周囲に配置される電線と、鉄心(31)と電線の間に配置される絶縁体(32a、32b)とを備える。絶縁体(32a、32b)伸縮性のある部材、あるいは、曲げ弾性を有する部材で構成されており、伸張した状態、あるいは拡開された状態で鉄心(31)の周囲に装着されており、鉄心(31)を構成する軟磁性材料の板材を積み厚方向に加圧する引張強度、曲げ強度を備えている。
