PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for manufacturing an insulation sheet arranged around an insulation member which insulates a stator winding wound, respectively, around adjoining teeth, efficiently.

SOLUTION: First through fourth fold lines 52a-52d for sectioning a sheet 100 into a first end part 51a, a first intermediate part 51b, a second intermediate part 51c, a third intermediate part 51d, and a second end part 51e are formed in the sheet 100. Subsequently, the first end part 51a is folded to one side in the sheet thickness direction (z direction) along the first fold line 52a, and the second end part 51e is folded to one side in the sheet thickness direction along the fourth fold line 52d. Thereafter, the first intermediate part 51b is folded to the other side in the sheet thickness direction along the second fold line 52b, and the third intermediate part 51d is folded to the other side in the sheet thickness direction along the third fold line 52c.

【課題】隣接するティースそれぞれに巻き付けられている固定子巻線を絶縁する絶縁部材の周りに配置する絶縁シートを効率よく製造することができる技術を提供する。
【解決手段】シート100を、軸方向(x方向)に沿って第1の端部分51a、第1の中間部分51b、第2の中間部分51c、第3の中間部分51dおよび第2の端部分51eに区分けする第1〜第4の折り目線52a〜52dを形成する。次に、第1の端部分51aを、第1の折り目線52aに沿ってシート厚さ方向(z方向)の一方側に折り曲げるとともに、第2の端部分51eを、第4の折り目線52dに沿って、シート厚さ方向の一方側に折り曲げる。次に、第1の中間部分51bを、第2の折り目線52bに沿ってシート厚さ方向の他方側に折り曲げるとともに、第3の中間部分51dを、第3の折り目線52cに沿ってシート厚さ方向の他方側に折り曲げる。
