Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass solder for high-temperature applications which can be processed at a soldering temperature of not more than about 1,100C and can be used at an operating temperature to about 900C after conclusion of the soldering process.

SOLUTION: The glass solder has a linear coefficient of thermal expansion ((20-300)) in the temperature range of 20-300C of 810-6-1110-6 K-1 and contains, in mass%, 10 to <45% BaO, 0-25% SrO (20-65% of BaO+SrO), 10-31% SiO2, <2% Al2O3, 0-10% Cs2O, 0-30% RO, 0-30% R2O3 and 0-20% RO2, wherein RO is an alkaline earth metal oxide; R2O3 is an oxide such as B2O3; and RO2 is an oxide such as TiO2.

【課題】約1100℃以下のろう付け温度で加工でき、かつろう付け工程の終了後に約900℃までの作動温度で使用できる高温度用ガラスソルダーを提供する。
【解決手段】20℃〜300℃の温度範囲での線熱膨張α(20-300)を8×10-6-1〜11×10-6-1の範囲で有し、質量%で10〜45%未満のBaO、0〜25%のSrO(20〜65%のBaO+SrO)、10〜31%のSiO、2%未満のAl、0〜10%のCsO、0〜30%のRO、0〜30%のR、0〜20%のROからなるガラスソルダー。(ROはアルカリ土類金属酸化物、RはB等からなる酸化物、ROはTiO等の酸化物からなる。)
