Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composition for forming an optical semiconductor porous film for a dye-sensitized solar cell capable of expanding fine hole diameters of the optical semiconductor porous film for the dye-sensitized solar cell and still capable of forming a strong film structure, and provide an optical semiconductor porous film for a dye-sensitized solar cell by using the paste composition.

SOLUTION: The optical semiconductor porous film is made from a paste composition for a dye-sensitized solar cell containing (A) titanium compound semiconductor particles, (B) a cellulose system compound and/or an acrylic system resin, and (C) a mixture solvent between a solvent (a) and a solvent (b), wherein, the solvent (a) has an SP value with a difference of 4(MPa)1/2 or less from a solubility parameter SP value of the composition (B) and moreover a boiling point of the solvent (b) is higher than that of the solvent (a). On a surface of a transparent conductive base material, there is formed a coated film by calcining by using the above paste so as to obtain the optical semiconductor porous film.

【課題】色素増感型太陽電池用光半導体多孔質膜の細孔径を拡大しつつ強度のある膜構造を形成し得る色素増感型太陽電池用の光半導体多孔質膜形成用ペースト組成物、このペースト組成物を用いて作製した色素増感型太陽電池用光半導体多孔質膜を提供する。
【解決手段】(A)チタン化合物半導体粒子、(B)セルロース系化合物及び/又はアクリル系樹脂、及び(C)溶媒(a)と溶媒(b)との混合溶媒を含む、色素増感型太陽電池用のペースト組成物であって、前記溶媒(a)が、前記(B)成分の溶解性パラメータSP値との差が4(MPa)1/2以下であるSP値を有すると共に、溶媒(b)の沸点が、溶媒(a)の沸点よりも高いことを特徴とする光半導体多孔質膜形成用ペースト組成物、並びに透明導電性基材の表面に、上記ペースト組成物を用いて形成されてなる塗膜を焼成することにより得られた色素増感型太陽電池用光半導体多孔質膜である。
