(EN) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bent heat exchanger and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of improving heat exchanging efficiency and being easily manufactured.

SOLUTION: In this bent heat exchanger in which each of a plurality of flat tube 3 for heat exchange arranged in parallel with each other, is bent at an intermediate section in the longitudinal direction, flat tubular sections 8 at both sides through the bent section 7 are communicated and connected with header pipes 2a, 2b, and corrugate fins 4 are respectively disposed between the flat tubes 3, the bent sections 7 are respectively composed of a lateral bent section 7a bent roughly into the S-shape in the width direction of the flat tube 3, and a longitudinal bent section 7b folded in the height direction of the flat tube 3 from a central section of the lateral bent section 7a, and end sections of the flat tubular sections 8 extending to the longitudinal bent sections 7b are inserted into slits 6 formed on the header pipes 2a, 2b and communicated and connected by brazing.

【課題】熱交換効率の向上が図れると共に、製造を容易にした屈曲状熱交換器及びその製造方法を提供すること。
【解決手段】互いに平行な複数の熱交換用扁平チューブ3の各々がその長さ方向中間部において屈曲状にされ、該屈曲状部7を挟む両側の扁平状管部8がヘッダーパイプ2a,2bに連通接続され、かつ、各扁平チューブ3間にコルゲートフィン4を介在してなる屈曲状熱交換器において、屈曲状部7を、扁平チューブ3の幅方向に略S字状に屈曲された横屈曲部7aと、該横屈曲部7aの中心部から扁平チューブ3の高さ方向に折り返された縦屈曲部7bとで形成し、縦屈曲部7bに延在する扁平状管部8の端部をヘッダーパイプ2a,2bに列設されたスリット6内に挿入しろう付けによって連通接続する。
