(EN) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber-mixed freely-variable-resistance sheet, capable of finely and freely changing a sheet resistance value of a heating sheet, eliminating instability of electrical resistance and temperature characteristics of the heating sheet itself caused by occurrence of unevenness of the carbon fiber, and having excellent strength, and to provide a method for manufacturing the sheet.

SOLUTION: A conductive paste is printed so as to form a regular array pattern on a carbon fiber-mixed heating sheet 1 including a pitch-based carbon fiber and/or a PAN (polyacrylonitrile) based carbon fiber and a pulp fiber sheet.

【課題】発熱シートの面積抵抗値を細かく自由自在に変更することができ、また炭素繊維のムラの発生に起因する発熱シート自体の電気抵抗及び温度特性の不安定性を無くし、且つ強度的にも優れた炭素繊維混抄自由抵抗シート及びその製造方法を提供する。
【解決手段】ピッチ系炭素繊維及び/又はPAN(ポリアクリロニトリル)系炭素繊維と、パルプ繊維シートとから成る炭素繊維混抄の発熱シート1に、導電性ペーストを規則的な配列パターンとなって印刷する。
