【課題】本発明は生体分子のクロマトグラフィー精製の適切なパラメーターを見出すことに関する。
【解決手段】方法は平衡化、負荷、洗浄及び溶出工程からなり、この一連の工程は部分的バッチ法で行う。小規模で、好ましくは複数の並行バッチで決定されたパラメーターは、得られた生体分子をカラムクロマトグラフィーにより適切に精製する、比較的大規模である場合にも適したクロマトグラフィー条件の情報を提供する。
