Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular negative ion generating device possible to be located in a small space inside a vehicular air conditioner.

SOLUTION: The negative ion generating device 1 comprises a needle-like electrode 5, and a counter electrode 6 having a nearly annular electrode surface and a hollow part 9 surrounded by the electrode surface, and generates negative ion by applying voltage between both the electrodes 5 and 6 to generate corona discharge. The negative ion generating device 1 is located in a vehicular air conditioner having a ventilation path 2 and a ventilation control valve 3 formed into a plate-like valve pivotally supported inside the ventilation path 2 so as to be turned in one direction when opening and to stop in the condition nearly parallel with the ventilating direction and so as to be turned in the opposite direction when closing and to stop in the condition nearly vertical to the ventilating direction. The needle-like electrode 5 is fixed onto the ventilation control valve 3 through a support member 7 so as to be directed in parallel with the ventilating direction on the ventilation control valve 3 when opening the valve. The counter electrode 6 is fixed inside the ventilation path 2 so that the needle-like electrode 5 is arranged inside the hollow part 9 when opening the valve.

【課題】車両用空調装置の少ないスペースに設置可能なマイナスイオン発生装置を提供すること。
【解決手段】発生装置1は、針状電極5と、略円環状の電極面と、この電極面で囲まれた中空部9とを有する対極電極6とを備え、両電極5,6間に電圧を印加してコロナ放電を起こしマイナスイオンを発生させる。発生装置1は、通気路2と、通気路2内に軸支される板状の弁であり、開弁時に一方向に回転して通気方向と略平行の状態で停止し、閉弁時に逆方向に回転して通気方向と略垂直の状態で停止する通気調節弁3とを有する車両用空調装置に設置される。針状電極5は、開弁時に通気調節弁3上で通気方向と略平行に向くように支持部材7を介して通気調節弁3上に固定される。対極電極6は、開弁時に針状電極5が中空部9内に配置するように通気路2内に固定される。
