SOLUTION: In a mobile communication network comprising a plurality of base stations 1 and a plurality of mobile devices 2, a means 3 is provided for giving specific location information that is previously imparted to a determined specific range, to a mobile device moving within that specific range and at a time point when the mobile device 2 enters the specific range, the mobile device performs location registration on the side of a base station 1 using the specific location information.

【課題】 移動機を持つ多数のユーザが、例えば電車に乗って移動する場合の位置登録処理によるネットワークの負荷増大、消費電力増加、および伝送線路品質劣化を防止する。
【解決手段】 複数の基地局1と複数の移動機2を備える移動通信ネットワークにおいて、定められた特定範囲に対して予め付与された特定位置情報を、その特定範囲内で移動する移動機に与える手段3を備え、移動機2はその特定範囲に入った時点でその特定位置情報を用いて基地局1側に対して位置登録を行う。
