(JA) 帯鋸刃、ワークの切削加工方法及び帯鋸盤
Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band saw blade with a plurality of band saw blades of different sawing conditions connected in an endless manner, and a work sawing method.

SOLUTION: In the endless band saw blade 1, a storage element 9 is embedded in a body member 5 of the band saw blade. Marks 3 indicating boundaries in a sawtooth group of different sawing conditions including sawtooth groups 1A and 1B of different sawing conditions are formed at a plurality of parts in the circumferential direction of the band saw blade 1. A work W is sawed by the endless band saw blade 1. The work is sawed by applying an adequate sawtooth group corresponding to the sawing condition at the work sawing position. When an inappropriate sawtooth group of the band saw blade 1 reaches the work sawing position, the inappropriate sawtooth group is rapidly passed through the sawing position, or the band saw blade is driven in a reverse direction. The adequate sawtooth group of the band saw 1 is again applied to the work sawing position, and the work is repeatedly sawed in the work sawing method.

【課題】切削条件の異なる複数の帯鋸刃をエンドレス状に接続した帯鋸刃及びワークの切削加工方法を提供する。
【解決手段】エンドレス状の帯鋸刃1であって、帯鋸刃の胴部材5に記憶素子9を埋設した構成であり、帯鋸刃1の周方向の複数箇所に、切削条件の異なる鋸歯群1A,1Bを備えた切削条件の異なる鋸歯群の間に、境界を示すマーク3を備えた構成である。そしてエンドレス状の帯鋸刃1によってワークWの切削加工を行うとき、ワークの切削加工位置の加工条件に対応して適正な鋸歯群を適用してワークの切削を行い、前記帯鋸刃1の不適正な鋸歯群がワークの加工位置に達したとき、前記不適正な鋸歯群を高速で前記加工位置を通過させ又は帯鋸刃を逆走させて、前記帯鋸刃1の適正な鋸歯群をワークの加工位置に再度適用してワークの切削を行うことを繰り返すワークの切削加工方法である。
