Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saw blade of a long service life in which thickness direction vibration of a saw blade is restricted, and in which a cutting bend resistance is improved.

SOLUTION: This saw blade 1 is provided with a group of leading teeth including at least one straight tooth 1S, a group of first following teeth comprising a plurality of set teeth, and a group of second following teeth comprising a plurality of set teeth having smaller tooth height than the tooth height of the group of the first following teeth, and having larger set projection quantity than the set projection quantity of the group of the first following teeth. The number of the set teeth in the group of the second following teeth is set to be larger than the number of the set teeth in the group of the first following teeth.

【課題】鋸刃の厚み方向の振動を抑制すると共に耐切曲がり特性を向上させた長寿命の鋸刃を提供することである。
【解決手段】少なくとも1枚の直歯1Sを含む先行歯グループと、複数のアサリ歯からなる第1の後続歯グループと、前記第1の後続歯グループの歯高より小さい歯高を有すると共に前記第1の後続歯グループのアサリ振出量より大きいアサリ振出量を有する複数のアサリ歯からなる第2の後続歯グループとを備えた鋸刃1において、前記第2の後続歯グループのアサリ歯の枚数を前記第1の後続歯グループのアサリ歯の枚数より多く設けたことを特徴とする鋸刃。
