Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical sawblade of a long life which inhibits by itself the cutting of a process hardening layer of a material to be processed to reduce the amount of wear of saw teeth tops.

SOLUTION: (1) An irregular pitch sawblade 5c constituted to have at least two kinds of saw teeth pitches, wherein the pitch difference between any adjacent pitches among respective pitches ranging from a maximum pitch to a minimum pitch in one group of pitch patterns constituting the irregular pitch is 1.5 times or more.(2) The irregular pitch sawblade 5c described in (1), wherein the saw teeth constituting the one pitch pattern include at least one straight tooth 5 and a plurality of set teeth 5 (L, R) projected in right and left directions, and the pitch of the at least one straight tooth is a maximum pitch.

【課題】被加工材の加工硬化層を切削することを鋸刃自身で抑制して鋸歯の歯先摩耗量を低減させた寿命の長い経済的な鋸刃の提供。
【解決手段】1)少なくとも2種類の以上の鋸歯ピッチから構成された不等ピッチ鋸刃5cにして、前記不等ピッチを構成する1群のピッチパターン中における最大ピッチから最小ピッチまでのそれぞれのピッチにおいて、いずれかの近接するピッチの差が1.5倍以上であることを特徴とする鋸刃。2)1.に記載の鋸刃において、前記1群のピッチパターンを構成する鋸歯の中には少なくとも1個の直歯5と左右方向に振りだした複数のアサリ歯5(L,R)とを含み、かつ前記少なくとも1個の直歯のピッチが最大ピッチであることを特徴とする鋸刃。
