PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the temperature of the atmosphere in a furnace body to the predetermined value in a short time, to uniformly heat a plate of a profile to be carried in the furnace body in a short time, and to carry it out of the furnace body.

SOLUTION: In a device 10, plates 1 of the profile are carried in furnace bodies 12, 13,... by a carrying mechanism 31 from one side of a furnace body row 11 where a plurality of induction heating furnace bodies 12, 13,... are arranged on the line with intervals therebetween, and carried out from the other side thereof to heat the plates 1 in a substantially uniform manner. In a guide mechanism 21 of the device 10, one part is fixed to a carry-in side of the furnace body 13 substantially at the center of the furnace body row through the furnace bodies 12, 13,... of the furnace body row 11, and each end part on the carry-in side and the carry-out side of the furnace body row 11 is supported in an expandable manner in the carrying direction. The plates 1 are continuously carried so as to be successively pushed from behind by the carrying mechanism 31 via a guide mechanism 21.

【課題】 炉体内の雰囲気が、所定温度に短時間に昇温
され、かつ、炉体内に搬入される異形状板材が、短時間
に均一加熱されて搬出される。


【解決手段】 複数の高周波加熱炉体12,13,‥‥
が、間隔を置いて直線上に配設される炉体列11の一方
の側から、搬送機構31により、異形状板材1を炉体1
2,13,‥‥内に搬入し、その他方の側から搬出させ
て、前記板材1をほぼ均一に加熱する装置10である。
この装置10に案内機構21として、炉体列11の炉体
12,13,‥‥内を貫通し、炉体列11のほぼ中央位
置の前記炉体13の搬入側に、その一個所が固定される
とともに、炉体列11の搬入側及び搬出側にあるそれぞ
れの端部が、搬送方向に伸縮自在に支持される機構であ
り、前記板材1は、案内機構21を介し、搬送機構31
により、順次、後押されるように連続的に搬送される装
置10である。
