Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize precise control of discharge pressure and a discharge flow rate of a jetted liquid.

SOLUTION: This fluid jet device is provided with a pump chamber 3 of which volume is periodically changed by a pressure-vibrated working fluid through an elastic diaphragm, a pressure transmitting chamber 6 in contact with the pump chamber through the elastic diaphragm 5, a pressurizing cylinder 13 communicated with the pressure transmitting chamber, and a pressure vibration means to periodically change the volume of the pressurizing cylinder at a specified amplitude periodically for pressure-vibrating the working fluid filled in the pressure transmitting chamber-and the pressurizing cylinder. Liquid from a liquid supply source is sucked into the pump chamber in accordance with increase of the volume of the pump chamber, and liquid in the pump chamber is discharged from the pump chamber in accordance with decrease of the volume of the pump chamber. The pressure vibration means comprises a servo motor 16, a pressurizing plunger 15 which reciprocates in the pressurizing cylinder, crank mechanisms 17 and 18 to connect an output shaft of the servo motor 16 to the plunger, and a control part 30 to control rotation drive of the servo motor based on discharge pressure or a discharge flow rate of liquid.

【課題】 噴出液体の吐出圧力や吐出流量の精密な制御
を実現する。


【解決手段】 圧力振動する作動流体により弾性隔膜を
介して容積が周期的に変化するポンプ室3と、該ポンプ
室に弾性隔膜5を介して接する圧力伝達室6と、圧力伝達
室に連通する加圧シリンダ13と、圧力伝達室及び加圧シ
リンダに満たされた作動流体を圧力振動させるために加
圧シリンダの容積を一定振幅で周期的に変化させる圧力
振動手段とを備え、ポンプ室の容積の増加に応じて液体
供給源からの液体をポンプ室内に吸入し、ポンプ室の容
積の減少に応じてポンプ室内の液体をポンプ室から吐出
する流体噴出装置において、圧力振動手段は、サーボモ
ータ16と、加圧シリンダ内で往復動する加圧プランジャ
15と、サーボモータ16の出力軸とプランジャとを連結す
るクランク機構(17,18)と、サーボモータの回転駆動
を、液体の吐出圧力又は吐出流量に基づいて制御する制
御部30とを有している。
