Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject top sheet material with excellent mechanical strength characteristics, economy, flexibility, bulkiness and body fluid absorption and skin touch as well.

SOLUTION: This top sheet material consists of a hydrophilic treatment product of a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric which is produced by interlace treatment, in a web form, of eccentric sheath-core type conjugate continuous fibers made up of the core consisting of (A) a propylene-based polymer having a specific MFR (MFRA) and the sheath consisting of (B) a 2nd propylene-based polymer with its MFR (MFRB) satisfying the relationship: MFRA/MFRB1.2 or MFRA/MFRB0.8, or eccentric or concentric sheath-core type conjugate continuous fibers made up of the core consisting of (C) a propylene-based polymer and the sheath consisting of (D) an ethylene-based polymer; wherein the conjugate fiber is 10-50 m in average diameter and 50 mm in average length, and the porosity of the above nonwoven fabric is 85-99 vol.%.

【解決手段】本発明の吸収性物品用<HAN>トッフ゜シート</HAN>材は、特定
のMFR(MFR[A])を有する<HAN>フ゜ロヒ゜レン</HAN>系重合体(A)からなる芯部
と、MFR(MFR[B])がMFR[A]/MFR[B]≧1.2またはMFR[A]/MFR[B]≦0.8
の関係を満足する<HAN>フ゜ロヒ゜レン</HAN>系重合体(B)からなる鞘部とか
ら構成される偏芯芯鞘型複合長繊維、または<HAN>フ゜ロヒ゜レン</HAN>系
重合体(C)からなる芯部と、<HAN>エチレン</HAN>系重合体(D)からなる鞘
部とから構成される偏芯もしくは同芯の芯鞘型複合長繊
維が、<HAN>ウェフ゛</HAN>の状態で交絡処理された<HAN>スハ゜ンホ゛ント゛</HAN>不織布の
親水処理物からなる。
これらの繊維は、平均繊維径が10
~50μmであり、平均繊維長が50mm以上であり、かつ、
該不織布の空隙率が85~99容積%である。


【効果】上記<HAN>トッフ゜シート</HAN>材は、強度特性および経済性に優
れるとともに、柔軟性、嵩高性および体液吸収性に優
れ、肌触り感に優れている。
