The invention also concerns a method for making such a device.

L'invention concerne un dispositif semiconducteur en polymère comportant une fonction redresseuse formée par une couche de polymère (12) comprise entre une première (11) et une seconde (13) électrode, la couche de polymère constituant une matrice hôte pour des molécules polaires, les molécules polaires étant orientées électriquement dans une direction perpendiculaire aux électrodes, les charges électriques de même signe des molécules polaires étant dirigées vers la même électrode.L'invention concerne également un procédé de réalisation d'un tel dispositif.
