A Doherty power amplifier (100) includes: a first amplification circuit (110), including a main power amplification branch and at least one auxiliary power amplification branch, where the main power amplification branch includes a first main power amplifier (111), and each auxiliary power amplification branch of the at least one auxiliary power amplification branch includes multiple levels of auxiliary power amplifiers (112, 113); a delay device (383), connected in the main power amplification branch, and configured to compensate for a delay difference between the main power amplification branch and the at least one auxiliary power amplification branch; a combiner network (140), configured to: perform impedance inversion on the first amplification circuit (110), and couple an output end of the main power amplification branch and an output end of the at least one auxiliary power amplification branch to a load (160); and a first power divider (130), connected to an input end of the main power amplification branch and an input end of the at least one auxiliary power amplification branch, and configured to allocate an input signal of the first power divider (130) to the main power amplification branch and the at least one auxiliary power amplification branch. The technical solutions can improve efficiency of the Doherty power amplifier (100).

L'invention concerne un amplificateur de puissance Doherty (100), comprenant : un premier circuit amplificateur (110), qui comprend une branche d'amplificateur de puissance principal et au moins une branche d'amplificateur de puissance auxiliaire, la branche d'amplificateur de puissance principal comprenant un premier amplificateur principal (111), et chaque branche d'amplificateur de puissance auxiliaire de ladite branche d'amplificateur de puissance auxiliaire comprenant des amplificateurs auxiliaires à plusieurs étages (112, 113) ; un circuit à retard (383), qui est connecté dans la branche d'amplificateur de puissance principal pour compenser la différence de temps de propagation entre la branche d'amplificateur de puissance principal et ladite branche d'amplificateur de puissance auxiliaire ; un réseau de combinaison (140) pour effectuer une conversion d'impédance sur le premier circuit amplificateur (110), et coupler la sortie de la branche d'amplificateur de puissance principal et la sortie de ladite branche d'amplificateur de puissance auxiliaire à une charge (160) ; un premier distributeur de puissance (130), qui connecte l'entrée de la branche d'amplificateur de puissance principal et l'entrée de ladite branche d'amplificateur de puissance auxiliaire pour distribuer le signal d'entrée du premier distributeur de puissance (130) à la branche d'amplificateur de puissance principal et à l'au moins une branche d'amplificateur de puissance auxiliaire. La solution technique peut améliorer l'efficacité de l'amplificateur de puissance Doherty (100).
