Provided is a fluorescence observation apparatus (1), including: a light source (3) that irradiates a subject with reference light and excitation light; a fluorescence-image generating portion (62) that captures fluorescence from the subject to generate a fluorescence image; a reference-image generating portion (61) that captures return light of the reference light from the subject to generate a color reference image; an extraction portion (63) that extracts a fluorescence region from the fluorescence image; a motion-effect generating portion (65) that generates a frame image bringing about an effect that is visually time-varying with a variation quantity depending on a gradation value of the fluorescence region, in a region corresponding to the fluorescence region; and a synthesis portion (66) that adds the frame image to any of a plurality of color-component images constituting the reference image to synthesize a synthetic image.

La présente invention porte sur un dispositif (1) d'observation fluorescent comprenant : une source (3) lumineuse pour irradier une lumière de référence et une lumière d'excitation sur un sujet ; une unité (62) de génération d'image fluorescente pour photographier une lumière fluorescente provenant du sujet pour générer une image fluorescente ; une unité (61) de génération d'image de référence pour photographier une lumière de renvoi de la lumière de référence provenant du sujet afin de générer une image de référence colorée ; une unité (63) d'extraction pour extraire une région fluorescente à partir de l'image fluorescente ; une unité (65) de génération d'effet de déplacement pour générer une image de trame afin de générer un effet qui change visuellement au cours du temps selon une quantité de changement de même mesure qu'une valeur de gradation de la région fluorescente dans une région qui correspond à la région fluorescente ; et une unité (66) de composition pour ajouter l'image de trame à l'une quelconque d'une pluralité d'images de composante colorée constituant l'image de référence afin de produire une image composite.
