Die Erfindung betrifft ein multiparalleles Chromatographie-System zur Methodenentwicklung zur Reinigung von Proteinen und anderen Biomolekülen. Das System nutzt Kavitäten von Multi-Well-Platten (z.B. 96-Well-Platten), die mit Chromatographiegelen befüllt sind und besteht aus diversen Startpuffern, in dem die zu chromatographierenden Proben gelöst werden und mit denen die Gele equilibriert sind und Lösungen zum Desorbieren (Eluieren) der an die Gele gebundenen Biomoleküle. Das System umfasst Hilfen zur Interpretation der Ergebnisse, die aus den sich an die Chromatographie anschließenden Analysen (z.B. Proteinkonzentrationsbestimmungen, Bioassays, etc.) der Überstände der nicht gebundenen Biomoleküle und/oder der Eluate hervorgehen. Diese Hilfen können auch aus Programmen bestehen, in die die Ergebnisse eingegeben werden und die nach Prozessierung der Ergebnisse Interpretationen und Vorschläge zur Gestaltung der Schritte zur Reinigung eines Biomoleküls liefern.

The invention relates to a multiparallel chromatographic system for developing methods for purifying proteins and other biomolecules. Said system uses cavities of multi-well plates (e.g. 96-well plates) which are filled with chromatographic gels, and consists of various starting buffers in which the samples to be chromatographed are dissolved and by which means the gels are equilibrated, and solutions for desorbing (eluting) the biomolecules bonded to the gels. Said system comprises aids for interpreting the results which are deduced from the analyses (e.g. protein concentration determinations, bioassays etc.), following the chromatography, of the supernatants of the non-bonded biomolecules and/or the eluates. Said aids can consist of programmes into which the results are inputted and which, once the results have been processed, supply interpretations and suggestions for creating the steps for purifying a biomolecule.

L'invention concerne un système de chromatographie multiparallèle pour développer des méthodes de nettoyage de protéines et d'autres biomolécules. Ce système comprend des plaques mutipuits (par ex. des plaques à 96 puits), dont les cavités sont remplies de gels pour chromatographie, plusieurs tampons d'amorçage, dans lesquels les échantillons à chromatographier sont dissous et qui servent à l'équilibrage des gels, et des solutions pour désorber (éluer) les biomolécules liées aux gels. Ledit système comporte également des aides pour l'interprétation des résultats des analyses (par ex. des déterminations de concentration protéinique, des dosages biologiques, etc.) subséquentes à la chromatographie et portant sur les excédents des biomolécules et/ou des produits d'élution non liés. Ces aides peuvent aussi être des programmes, dans lesquels les résultats sont entrés et qui, après traitement de ces résultats, fournissent des interprétations et des suggestions pour élaborer les opérations de nettoyage d'une biomolécule.
