Abstract:
(DE) Der Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Injektor zum Einspritzen von Kraftstoff in den Brennraum einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine. In einem Injektorgehäuse (1) ist ein Steuerraum (21) ausgebildet, über welchem eine Düsennadel zum Verschließen oder Freigeben von Einspritzöffnungen angesteuert wird. Der Steuerraum (21) ist mittels eines 3/2-Wege-Steuerventiles (5) oder mittels eines 3/3-Wege-Steuerventiles (25) druckentlastbar, wobei die Steuerventile (5, 25) von einem Ventilraum (3) umschlossen sind. Der Steuerraum (21) ist entweder über eine Zulaufdrossel direkt druckbeaufschlagbar und zwei mit einem 3/2-Wege-Steuerventil (5) parallel schaltbare Drosselelemente (12, 5) sind druckentlastbar, wenn als Steuerteil ein 3/2-Wege-Ventil (5) zum Einsatz kommt. Bei Einsatz eines 3/2-Wege-Steuerventiles (25) kann der Steuerraum (21) über zwei Drosselelemente (2, 15) druckentlastet werden, die in Zulaufrichtung (26) als Zulaufdrosseln (27, 28) zum Steuerraum (21) schaltbar sind.
(EN) The invention relates to an injector for injecting fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine. A control space (21) is provided inside an injector housing (1) and controls a nozzle needle in order to close or open injection openings. The control space (21) can be relieved from pressure by means of a 3/2 way control valve (5) or by means of a 3/3 way control valve (25), whereby the control valves (5, 25) are surrounded by a valve space (3). The control space (21) can be either directly pressurized via an inlet throttle, and two throttling elements (12, 15), which can be connected in parallel by a 3/2 way control valve (5), can be relieved from pressure when a 3/2 way control valve (5) is used as a control element. When using a 3/2 way control valve (5), the control space (21) can be relieved from pressure via two throttling elements (12, 15), which can be connected in the form of inlet throttles (27, 28) to the control space (21) in the inlet direction (26).
(FR) L'invention concerne un injecteur pour injecter du carburant dans le moteur à combustion interne. Une chambre de commande (21) est formée dans le boîtier d'injecteur (1), par l'intermédiaire de laquelle un pointeau servant à fermer ou à libérer des ouvertures d'injection est régulé. La chambre de commande (21) peut être décomprimée au moyen d'un distributeur de commande 3/2 (5) ou d'un distributeur de commande 3/3 (25). Les soupapes de commande (5, 25) sont entourées par une chambre de soupapes (3).
