A through hole for a rotating shaft to penetrate through is formed in the first rotor body, an upper porcelain sleeve, a rotor shaft core and a lower porcelain sleeve are sequentially installed in the through hole, and the two ends of the rotor shaft core are matched with the upper porcelain sleeve and the lower porcelain sleeve respectively. An upper sleeve hole for the rotating shaft to penetrate through is formed in the upper porcelain sleeve, a shaft core through hole for the rotating shaft to penetrate through is formed in the rotor shaft core, and a lower sleeve hole for the rotating shaft to penetrate through is formed in the lower porcelain sleeve; the magnet sleeves the periphery of the first rotor main body,and the second rotor main body sleeves and covers the peripheries of the magnet and the first rotor main body; water blades are fixed to the end of the second rotor body. By arranging the rotor shaftcore, the relative positions of the upper and lower porcelain bushings are ensured to be accurately fixed by taking the rotor shaft core as a reference, and the concentricity is ensured; during production, the upper porcelain bushing and the lower porcelain bushing are positioned in the same die and have excellent concentricity.
