本实用新型涉及一种冠脉支架,该支架包括五个以上的环状波形的支撑杆,以及间隔连接于该支撑杆之间的连接杆,其中,所述支架两端部的支撑杆为“Ω”形波,两端支撑杆与其相邻支撑杆之间的连接杆连接在相邻的两个“Ω”形波顶之间;所述支架中间部分的支撑杆由“m”和“Ω”形波交替连接而成,远端第二排支撑杆和第三排支撑杆之间的连接杆连接在相邻的两个“m”形波底之间,其余部分支撑杆之间的连接杆连接在相邻的“m”形波底和“Ω”形波顶之间。采用上述结构,可以得到一种具有良好径向支撑力、轴向传力性能和柔顺性的新型冠脉支架。
