一种电池清洗设备,包括支架、清洗装置、传送装置,所述支架上还设有加热装置、干燥装置、超声波冲洗装置及吹气装置,其中,清洗装置包括清洗外槽、清洗内槽和水泵,清洗内槽设在清洗外槽的里面,清洗内槽通过水管与水泵连接,在清洗内槽中设有超声波冲洗装置,在清洗内槽的上端穿过有传送带,该传送带的两端分别连接放料辊和收料辊,该放料辊接传送装置,在传送带的上方设有吹气装置的吹气管,该吹气管接吹气装置的气泵,在清洗外槽的底部设有加热装置,在收料辊与清洗外槽之间设有干燥装置,传送带穿过该干燥装置。本实用新型结构简单,造价低廉,有利于设备扩展及维修。
