The invention discloses a blood pressure data processing method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of data processing. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a video image of a target area; acquiring pulse wave information from a video image, and taking the ratio of the maximum value to the mean value of the pulse wave information as pulse wave detection information; extracting characteristic parameters in the pulse wave detection information; establishing a mathematical model of the characteristic parameters and real-time bloodpressure through a regression analysis method, accurately extracting pulse waves from video images of sensitive areas such as faces and palms, acquiring continuous blood pressure of a person in the video during video recording through an algorithm, realizing continuous measurement of the blood pressure, and completing measurement of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. The bloodpressure data processing method is low in cost, easy to implement and high in universality.

本发明公开了一种血压数据处理方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质,属于数据处理技术领域,该方法包括:获取目标区域的视频图像;从视频图像中获取脉搏波信息,将所述脉搏波信息的最大值与均值的比值作为脉搏波检测信息;提取所述脉搏波检测信息中的特征参数;通过回归分析法建立所述特征参数与实时血压的数学模型,通过获取面部、手掌等敏感区域的视频图像,从中准确提取脉搏波,进而通过算法得到视频中人物在录制视频期间的连续血压,实现了血压的连续测量,同时完成了收缩压和舒张压的测量,成本较低,易于实现,通用性较高。
