The invention provides a transmission configuration method and device. The method is applied to a terminal and comprises the following steps: receiving SSB measurement configuration information snet by a base station; performing SSB measurement according to the SSB measurement configuration information, and obtaining an SSB measurement report; sending an SSB measurement report to the base stationby using a first specified message, wherein the first specified message is a message used to characterize the contention resolution in the random access process such that the base station configures aTCI state set for the terminal according to the SSB measurement report. According, the invention can increase efficiency of transmission configuration and reduce time delay.

本公开提供一种传输配置方法及装置,所述方法用于终端,所述方法包括:接收基站发送的SSB测量配置信息;根据所述SSB测量配置信息进行SSB测量,得到SSB测量报告;通过第一指定消息将SSB测量报告发送至所述基站,所述第一指定消息为随机接入过程中用于表征竞争解决的消息,以使所述基站根据所述SSB测量报告为所述终端配置TCI状态集合。因此,本公开可以提高传输配置的效率,减少了时延。
