The invention provides an OLED display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device, belonging to the technical field of display. The OLED display substrate includes: a first flat pattern and a second flat pattern on a thin film transistor array substrate, the first flat pattern defining a plurality of first regions, the second flat pattern being in one-to-one correspondenceto the first regions, the second flat pattern being located within the corresponding first region, the second flat pattern having an inverted trapezoidal cross-section in a direction perpendicular toits own extension, and the height of the upper surface of the second flat pattern being lower than the height of the upper surface of the first flat pattern; a reflective anode layer on the first flatpattern and the second flat pattern; a pattern of pixel bounding layers located within the first region, the pattern of pixel bounding layers defining a second region; a light emitting layer locatedin the second region; and a cathode layer located on the light emitting layer and first flat pattern. The invention can improve the luminous efficiency of the OLED display substrate.

本发明提供了一种OLED显示基板及其制作方法、显示装置,属于显示技术领域。OLED显示基板包括:位于薄膜晶体管阵列基板上的第一平坦图形和第二平坦图形,第一平坦图形限定出多个第一区域,第二平坦图形与第一区域一一对应,第二平坦图形位于对应的第一区域内,第二平坦图形在垂直于自身延伸方向上的截面为倒梯形,且第二平坦图形的上表面的高度低于第一平坦图形的上表面的高度;位于第一平坦图形和第二平坦图形上的反光阳极层;位于第一区域内的像素界定层的图形,像素界定层的图形限定出第二区域;位于第二区域内的发光层;位于发光层和第一平坦图形上的阴极层。本发明能够提高OLED显示基板的发光效率。
