The invention relates to the field of product molding and discloses a glass processing die. The glass processing die comprises a concave die with a die cavity and a convex die matched with the concavedie, wherein the concave die comprises an inner wall defining the die cavity; the convex die comprises an outer surface; during die closing, the convex die extends into the die cavity and is arrangedwith the inner wall of the die cavity at a space; the convex die faces the outer surface of the inner wall; the convex die and the inner wall of the die cavity jointly define a molding space for molding a three-dimensional glass structure; a thermal expansion coefficient of the convex die is greater than that of glass; the thermal expansion coefficient of the concave die is smaller than that of the glass. The invention further discloses a glass processing method. According to the glass processing die and the glass processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, cracking of a three-dimensional glass product in the processing process can be prevented and the rate of a finished product is improved.
