The invention discloses a digital works issuing method based on a block chain smart contract. The method comprises: a creator node uploads an original work file to a storage layer; a smart contract including basic work information is deployed to a block chain network and is broadcasted in the whole network based on a consensus; and all user nodes access the original file by invoking all module functions of the smart contact. According to the invention, on the basis of the block chain smart contract technique, method has characteristics of good decentralized, open and transparent effects, goodcapability of tampering prevention, great convenience in tracing and high database reliability. Any user that is connected to the block chain network and has a block chain digital wallet is able to deploy the own smart contract and then issue and manages own original works. Therefore, problems of serious centralization and tedious and complicated issuing and payment system of the existing digitalissuing method are solved.

本发明公开了一种基于区块链智能合约的数字作品发行方法,其包括创作者节点通过上传作品原文件至存储层,然后部署含有作品基本信息的智能合约至区块链网络中,并通过共识全网广播,各用户节点通过调用智能合约的各个模块功能来访问作品原文件。本发明基于区块链智能合约技术,具有去中心化、公开透明、无法篡改、方便追溯、可靠数据库的特点,任何一个连接至区块链网络具有区块链数字钱包的用户均可部署自己的智能合约,进而发行管理自己的原创作品。该方法克服了现有数字发行方法中心化严重、发行支付体系繁琐复杂的问题。
