Disclosed is a frame of an unmanned aerial vehicle, comprising: a centre frame (1), a dividing circuit board (2) and a flight-control installation component (3). The centre frame (1) comprises a top surface and a bottom surface opposite the top surface. One of the dividing circuit board (2) and the flight-control installation component (3) is provided at the top surface of the centre frame (1) and the other one is provided at the bottom surface of the centre frame (1). The centre frame (1) is detachably connected to the dividing circuit board (2). In the unmanned aerial vehicle frame and the unmanned aerial vehicle provided, since the flight-control installation component (3) is provided at the top surface or the bottom surface of the centre frame (1), a mounting position of a flight controller (31) is determined, making it easy to be installed and maintained. The centre frame (1) is detachably connected to the dividing circuit board (2), such that the dividing circuit board (2) is not installed on the centre frame (1) as a structural component, is not easily damaged, and is easily dismounted and maintained.
